Shipping and Returns

We are currently delivering anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched within 2 business days. On the rare occasion when there is an unexpected delay, we will be in touch to advise on delivery time.
We ship via Australia Post and our normal shipping times are:
1.  Same state:

  • Metro: up to 3 business days
  • Country: up to 5 business days

2. Interstate:

  •  Metro: up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
  • Country: up to 10 business days.

3. New Zealand: Please allow up to 12 days for delivery

Shipping rate Australia wide is AUD 9.95 per order.
Shipping rate for New Zealand is AUD 19.95 per order.
For orders over AUD 150 shipping is free, both within Australia and to New Zealand.

Changing your mind

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refund for change of mind.

Faulty products

You are entitled to return goods you have purchased from us if they are faulty or otherwise different from what is described on the packaging or what was represented at the point of sale.

If you need to return a faulty product, contact us during business hours within 14 calendar days of receiving it. We will do our utmost to resolve the problem or replace the product.

Please do not ship products back to us for return until we have authorised your return.

Returns and receipts

Unfortunately, we cannot grant a refund or exchange without your purchase receipt from CAVAL. Please keep your receipt. Except where required under law, any returns remain at the discretion of CAVAL Ltd. By using, you agree with the Terms and Conditions of this policy.
