How do I get a discount on my purchases?

All products currently listed on the website are already discounted. However, if you are looking at further discounts, please contact our customer services team.

What payment methods can I use?

There are two ways you can pay for your products:

Payment online via credit card: we accept online payments using VISA or MASTERCARD

Note: Credit card purchases will appear as ‘CAVAL’ on your credit card statement.

Billed to My Institution: If your institution has an account with us, you can choose to have your products sent directly to you or your organisation on invoice.

Which countries can you deliver to?

We are currently delivering only to Australia and New Zealand. Please refer to Shipping and Returns for more details.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
